Trigger Playground Overview

Ask Clessie Management Interface allows the Chatbot Managers to play with the triggers using the trigger playground. It allows the Chatbot Managers to review and check how a trigger and its associated interventions will behave on the Guidanz Evolution as it mimics the Ask Clessie behavior on the Guidanz Evolution application.

How to set triggers for Trigger Playground?

To set triggers for Trigger Playground, you need to go to Trigger Rules page and create a trigger with status Testing. This status allows you to test your trigger in the trigger playground. Once you are satisfied with the trigger functionality and you want to activate it for the technicians, you can edit the trigger and set the status as Active.

How to use Trigger Playground?

To use Trigger Playground, Please follow the below steps: -

         1.    Open the Ask Clessie Management Interface application by navigating to the link –   Ask Clessie Management Interface

         2.    Select the Usecase and Go to Trigger Rules page.

     

        3.    Create a trigger with status Testing.

      

         4.    Click on the Trigger Playground button at the top right corner of the screen.

           

          It will open a new page where the left half shows the context and right half shows the Ask Clessie replica.

          5.    Click on the refresh button for ESN and Work Order ID.

            

           This will create a new Work Order ID to evaluate the context based on the trigger you created.

       6.    Change the other attributes if required, to match with the trigger you’ve created.

       7.    Click on Send button.

           

          This will re-evaluate the context and Ask Clessie will show up if the updated context matches with the trigger criteria mentioned in the testing trigger.
